How to record your video performance

Print out the part you want to perform

Record the Video

You need another person to record the video.

Tape the printed lyrics to her/his chest.

Stand at least 8 feet away from the videographer.

Play the backing track from another device, maybe using a portable speaker.

The videographer should use a camera movement, like pan, tilt or move around you to produce a dynamic video. The format needs to be horizontal/landscape. No zooming in or out!

Example of camera movements

Record the Audio

Play the video you just recorded and lip sync it using your phone to record your audio

Sending the two files to the editor

You can send the two files directly from your phone using We Transfer.
